A non-profit with big vision -- and a small team.

How do we lead a non-profit that has just three staff but great vision to make a big impact? Great question. The short answer is to find scalable systems that can serve the staff and volunteers equally, engage connected people in volunteer roles with clear definitions, and find ways the culture of this non-profit can make everyone who serves "a part of the team."

And that's what Tammy did.
Activating dozens of regular volunteers remotely from around the nation, setting up ways to stay connected and feel valued, and creating an online way for everyone to stay on top of their parts without having to work the same hours. The overall effect was a larger, more effective team with a relationship that didn't demand a building or proximity.

My Story
When I was 12 years old, kids were running around our small church because no kids' program was available. I contacted the pastor, offered to help, and established a kids' church class for ages 3-12, with a lesson and a snack (and a lot of playtime) supervised by twelve-year-old me.
As they say, this was just the beginning. ​ Over the years, I've gained the trust of leaders and entrepreneurs from organizations of all sizes. I've created team workflows, led website and app development projects, orchestrated events for over 4,000 people, partnered in major organizational restructuring, and worked with million-dollar budgets. My passion, every time, was to see that leader's vision come to pass.  And it did.  I believe any organization can flourish when great leaders and the right tools work well together. It's my joy to figure out how.
